Fulfilment Update

Hi all!

I'm glad to see most of you have received and are enjoying your games! For those of you who haven't quite got what you need yet, here's a quick update!

Australia

I've been informed that the delays for Australian backers were due to the port being closed due to some cyber attacks, but that things should be back to normal now. I know at least some Australian backers have received their games, so if there is anyone who is still waiting, give it another week or two before following up if you don't get anything!

Philippines, Thailand, Japan, Korea, Taiwan

As you probably know, our partners VFI use a variety of fulfilment centres for deliveries in this region, so things will arrive at different times. As of 11th Jan, all games have been shipped out to their respective centres, so by the 11th of February everything should be with you (with the latest ones being those in the Philippines - sorry guys!)

Canada

To all my Canadian backers - Sorry! You were right to think something had gone wrong, as our US fulfilment went smoothly, and you were all left empty-handed!

Unfortunately, due in part to a communication error on my part, our new US fulfilment partner was expected to fulfil your games even though it was not something they offered/were able to do! When I realised this I quickly tried to remedy it, but as with many things in the world of shipping / fulfilment / customs, "quickly" was not on the menu, especially given the unexpected change of plans hadn't been factored into our budget. 

However, I'm glad to say that I am working with our partners on a solution to get you your games - it just might take us another few weeks to get sorted. 

Again, I'm really sorry you guys have had to wait! But at least now you know you've not been forgotten.

Fulfilment Update - November

Thank you all for your patience!

...Well, most of you! :D

I'm happy to report that fulfilment is now underway for all regions. 

The US (Gamerati) should start packing today for shipment later this week / early next week. 

For the UK / EU, all the pre-fulfilment steps are complete and Spiral have begun sliding us into their busy pre-Christmas schedule. As ever, timelines vary here, but with a bit of luck most people should have their games by Christmas!

For the rest of the world, packing has already begun, and direct shipping is due to begin this week, but I have asked for (and am awaiting) a more detailed breakdown of ETAs as I know this is painfully vague for a lot of you (I'm trying my best, promise!)

This has been a very difficult time, as I'm pretty much soloing this venture at this point, and still struggling from a mental / physical health perspective. But I am happy that you will all get your games now. I sincerely hope you enjoy them.

Fulfilment Update - October

Hi all,

First of all, apologies for the lack of an update! I have been having some personal health issues over the last month which has made it very difficult to keep up with my work. I'm sorry!

The good news is the games have been loaded on to their respective ships and are on their way!

Below you can find the ship tracking data as requested:

US shipment is on: EVER STRONG, headed to Tacoma - ETA Oct 23

UK+EU shipment is on: EVER ACE, headed to Felixstowe (via other ports) - ETA Nov 2

Of course, the games will need to clear customs and go to our warehouses, so we won't have the games immediately on these dates.

The shipments for Asia are currently being arranged, but these will be managed by VFI.

Once the stock is booked in with the warehouses, we will wait to see where our projects are in their fulfilment queues (from what I can gather, our fulfilment partners are still working under a huge workload, especially in the leadup to Christmas and Chinese New Year!)

There is also a fair amount of paperwork for me to sort out, so if it's all good with you guys, I'm going to keep this update short and sweet!

Delivery Update + Florence Retail Release

Hello all!

Shipping Update

This is just a quick update to say:

• Production is now complete on both Last Resort and The Gig
  
• We don't have defined shipping dates yet, but I still expect to deliver in mid-late October!
  

I will of course keep you updated if anything changes!

Florence Retail Release

As an aside, I am thrilled to say that the finale to our Euro trilogy, Florence, will get a full U.S. retail release next week courtesy of our friends at QML Distribution!

If you don't have a copy and your FLGS does, please give it a look and if possible, buy a copy! This is a big break for us that is helping to put us back on our feet, so supporting your stateside FLGS will in turn help support us going forward.

Production Finish Line

Hey backers,

We have some exciting news to share with you regarding the production of The Gig!

Our final manufacturing sample arrived earlier this week and we are thrilled to report that everything looked great!

There were no changes besides some minor adjustments to how the game is packed to keep everything safe in transit, so the factory was able to proceed with assembly and they are now almost finished. Please find some pictures from the sample below!

Once we had it unpacked, we couldn't resist, and ended up playing with some of the new instruments despite having taken the day off for our wedding anniversary! The game is just that good, folks.

We are currently waiting for both The Gig and Last Resort to complete so that they can be shipped together. This will only take 1 or 2 more weeks, and we expect the delivery date to be in early October. We can't wait for you to receive your copies and start playing!
